⚽️ Arnica - the 'trauma' remedy; used to help reduce b ruising, pain and swelling for almost every type of injury where skin is intact; useful in sprains, strains, muscle tears, overexertion of muscles and broken bones; can be used in alternation with other indicated remedies

⚽️ Calendula - for torn muscles and tendons or rupture of tendons

⚽️ Bryonia - useful for injuries having to do with tendons and ligaments (sprains); this remedy is worse with any movement - most beneficial immediately after injury and the first few days; tight bandaging ameliorates

⚽️ Rhus tox - after injury feels restless and feels better by moving; often used in the later days after sprains and injuries to muscles or joints when stiffness/soreness has set in; movement is initially stiff but improves as you move; heat ameliorates injury

⚽️ Ruta - for injuries to ligaments and tendons; soreness and stiffness of tendons

Homeopathic remedies for acute injury are generally given in a 6C, 12C or 30C potency. Generally the rule for dosing is with increased intensity of symptoms you can increase the frequency at which you give them. As symptoms improve decrease frequency of dosing. If there is no improvement after 2 or 3 doses then another remedy should be considered. Always seek appropriate medical treatment.
